Our Mission

Our mission is to help men in our area suffering from drug and alcohol addiction by teaching them who Jesus Christ is and what he has done for them to set them free in his name and through his blood. As well as, how to become effective and productive members of society.

God’s Way Home is a 501C3 Non-Profit organization. The recovery home located in Rainelle WV will be a place for men in recovery to be able to live very structured lives following completion of detoxification, seek employment through various businesses in the area, volunteer in the community, and most importantly, be saved and develop a relationship with God as they work through the stages of recovery. Recovery must focus on both physical and spiritual needs.

Success Stories

My name is Melvin H. Since coming to God’s Way Home, I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and have overcome my addictions. Through my relationship with Jesus, I have been able to let go of 40 years of buried trauma, I have found peace and am learning to be a better man. I have also started to rebuild a relationship with my daughter, whom I have not spoken with in ten years. Jesus and this program have saved my life. I would highly recommend God's Way Home to whoever may be struggling with addiction.

My name is Russell, and since coming to God’s Way Home I’ve finished my DUI classes, got my driver’s license, a nice jeep and I have a great job. I got new glasses, and so many other things that I have lost track. Most importantly, I’ve found Jesus and now I get to go to different churches and into schools and share my testimony to help others find their way out of drug addiction.

Hi, my name is Gary. After 25+ years of battling addiction I had the opportunity to come to God’s Way Home. I work full time for Solak Builders doing construction work. I have paid off all of my fines over the last few months and obtained my driver’s license. I saved money and purchased a truck and recently traded and got an even better truck. I have reestablished my relationship with my son and granddaughter. I just recently celebrated two years of sobriety. The most important part of my recovery journey is my relationship with Jesus. I continually testify that had it not been for Jesus I would have been dead by now. I am excited to walk out my newfound faith in Jesus.
